Walking is usually regarded as the solution to lose weight and reduce calories , but it turns out the benefits of walking are not limited to just make the body more slender . Walking for 30 to 45 minutes every day having good benefits for health . Here it is four reasons why a healthy foot needs to be done on a regular basis
