Middle of last year, Ofer donated 10 million pounds for Tate Modern gallery development project in the UK. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2016.

As a thank you, Tate Modern will give the name of Eyal Ofer Gallery for the exhibition space on the 3rd floor. "Tate Modern is one of the best art galleries in the world. Become honor for me to assist the development of this iconic place," said Ofer.
