Suarez got the Best Player Award Barclays Premier League


Liverpool striker Luis Suarez won the Player of the Season award Barclays version, which is the sponsor of the Premier League. Suarez is also entitled to the Golden Boot top scorer markers.
The Uruguay international players appear attractive throughout the season, scoring 31 goals and 12 assists, helping Liverpool had become the favorites to win although eventually had to settle for runner-up with a difference of two points from champions Manchester City.
From the history of the Premier League event, Suarez became the first Uruguay won the Barclays Player of the Season. Footballers 27 years it has also become the third non-European players who managed to do so after Juninho (Brasil/1996-97) and Dwight Yorke (Trinidad Tobago/1998-99).
Ever since Michael Owen in the 1997-98 season, the victory also makes Suarez again only this time no Liverpool player who won the prestigious award.
